This month's hike was to the Valley of Dry Bones on the Suffern-Bear Mtn. Trail (SBM). The area is so named because of the large number of boulders deposited by a glacier in a depression, many of which look like animals. We took the Kakiat trail from Kakiat County Park to the SBM.
